As office manager, Mia coordinates support services, building operations and IT to ensure the office runs smoothly, looks great and is well stocked.

Additionally, Mia manages reception, mail services and assists with organizing office moves, staff parties and the annual company retreat.

Prior to joining SKDK, Mia worked at the John F. Kennedy Center in marketing and subscription sales. There she implemented new processes and cultivated strategic partnerships with Classic Concierge and the National Concierge Association to increase visibility and revenue. Mia also has experience related to the beverage industry. In this capacity, she conceptualized, planned and executed special events for Krups Nescafe Dolce Gusto.

Mia graduated magna cum laude from Susquehanna University with a B.A. in music and theatre and a minor in public relations. After graduating, Mia was a working actress for 10 years based out of New York City, and could be seen performing in national musical theatre tours, regional theatre, cruise ships, theme parks, commercials, film, television, voice overs and print.
