Rae Robinson Trotman has nearly 20 years of experience in strategic communications specializing in corporate crisis communications management and public affairs for foundations and nonprofit organizations. Rae is sought after by c-suite professionals to provide expert advice on a myriad of crisis management issues including developing and implementing effective equity and inclusion plans. With her extensive relationships with multigenerational, multicultural and political stakeholders, Rae has a proven track record of assisting clients in developing effective communications plans and securing quality media coverage charting impactful results for corporations and nonprofits alike.
Rae has held positions at national PR firms, national nonprofit organizations and at a university leading large-scale communications and public affairs efforts to help influence key policies on corporate diversity and inclusion, child victimization, and homelessness and housing insecurity.
A Washington, DC native, Rae holds a bachelor’s degree from Spelman College in Atlanta, GA and two masters’ degrees from Boston University.
