Lorell Bailey is an experienced office manager who specializes in implementing firm policies and procedures while fostering a collaborative company culture. Before joining SKDK, Lorell managed operations and human resources for SR Films and 1000Heads, creating policies around key legislation including maternity leave and labor laws.
Lorell has extensive experience achieving optimal results with change management, cultivating productive work relationships, and reconstructing business strategy. A New York native, Lorell earned her bachelor’s degree in communications from Brooklyn College.
