Keriann McLoughlin manages talent acquisition and pipeline development for full-time positions at SKDK.
Keriann comes to SKDK with experience in recruitment and operations in both private and nonprofit organizations. She has worked at AAMI Foundation and Young Invincibles on talent acquisition, systems development, and office management. She has also worked for a digital marketing agency, leading hiring during a period of growth.
From Rhode Island, Keriann earned her bachelor’s degree from Simmons University and her master’s degree from The Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy at the University of Michigan.
