Adam Hodge is a veteran strategic and crisis communications tactician with experience in government, political campaigns and on Capitol Hill.
Adam joined SKDKnickerbocker from the Democratic National Committee where he was the Communications Director. Before that, he served as a Deputy Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs at the Treasury Department where he received the Distinguished Service Award. At Treasury, Adam led strategic communications efforts for domestic finance issues, focusing on regulation of financial markets, Treasury’s investment portfolio, including General Motors and Ally Financial, and housing finance reform. He also directed the media strategy for several high profile legal challenges and Congressional investigations.
Before Treasury, Adam was a Regional Press Secretary at the Democratic National Committee and the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, and served as the Press Secretary for House Majority Whip James Clyburn and the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee. He also worked for Senator Chris Dodd.
Adam hails from St. Croix, U.S.V.I., and is a graduate of Wesleyan University where he captained the golf team. He lives in Washington D.C. with his wife and son.
