Gabriel Sherman’s forthcoming book on Fox News honcho Roger Ailes, The Loudest Voice in the Room, has already been causing such a stir that it needs some high-profile P.R. people of its own to help manage the blowback. The book’s publisher, Random House, has retained strategy power-firm SKDKnickerbocker to assist with the press rollout. Veteran political operative Josh Isay, who managed Christine Quinn’s mayoral bid, has been assigned to the project, as has Audrey Gelman, the former press secretary to Scott Stringer.
