Zach Gorin provides wide-ranging expertise in coalition-building based on working  in both the public and private sectors at  the national and local level. Prior to joining SKDK, Zach executed earned and paid media campaigns in Washington, D.C. and held senior fundraising roles on two New York City political campaigns.

As a member of the political practice at GMMB, Zach worked with the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee to execute its 2010 Independent Expenditure campaign, with a focus on television and radio advertising. Zach previously served as Finance Director to a leading candidate for New York City Comptroller and worked on the fundraising team for Congressman Anthony Weiner’s (D-NY) re-election campaign.

Working in the communications offices of U.S. Senator Charles Schumer (D-NY) and the Democratic Governors Association, Zach developed his skills working with the press and crafting effective messaging to positively position grassroots issues.

Zach graduated with honors from Bates College with a BA in Political Science and Rhetoric.
