Jacob Maccoby brings extensive experience in political campaigns and other communications challenges on the state and national level to the public affairs team at SKDKnickerbocker.

He previously worked in both the House of Representatives and the United States Senate, served in the office of Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick and worked as Director of Communications in a state legislative office. Jacob also worked at FreeCause, a strategic media firm. In addition, Jacob was a member of the New England Finance Committee for Obama for America.

Jacob has put his knowledge to use in tackling a wide range of strategic and crisis communications projects for the firm’s corporate and public interest clients, including media groups, financial entities and higher education organizations.

Jacob graduated cum laude from Tufts University with a B.A. in Political Science and Mass Communications.
